We provide safe custody for our client's documents free of charge. The documents are available to you at any time on your request and our staff can arrange for the collection of those documents at any time during office hours for your convenience.
Enduring Power of Attorney
An Enduring Power of Attorney is an important document to protect your financial interests. This document allows you to appoint a person or persons to make financial decisions for you should you become unable to make those decisions for yourself.
Appointment of an Enduring Guardian
The Appointment of an Enduring Guardian is a document that gives the Appointee the authority to make decisions in respect to your medical and lifestyle choices and is quite a different document from an Enduring Power of Attorney.
